You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Must have an active California State Department of Insurance P&C, Life and Health Licenses.
