Why Work Here?
Employees join this organization to build a long-term technical career in a specialized aviation and product identification environment where they work on complex, high-value equipment rather than repetitive production tasks. A structured technician progression model (Technician I–IV), regular performance reviews, and merit-based increases provide clear career advancement opportunities, including potential pathways into engineering roles. Team members receive hands-on training, mentorship, and gradual exposure to multiple product lines, allowing them to continuously expand their technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. The company offers a stable first-shift schedule with flexibility for school and childcare needs, a collaborative and development-focused culture, and leadership that recognizes high performers through merit increases and advancement. Employees who are eager to learn, show initiative, and pursue long-term growth find a supportive environment that invests in their professional development.
Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, hands-on manufacturing and repair setting where a team of approximately ten technicians supports the troubleshooting, testing, repair, and evaluation of specialized aviation printers and test/measurement equipment. New hires enter a structured training program, shadowing experienced technicians and learning one product line at a time before gradually expanding their responsibilities and technical scope. The culture emphasizes collaboration, mechanical curiosity, dependability, and long-term career development, with a technician progression program (Technician I–IV) that supports advancement into higher-level technical and potentially engineering-related roles. Technicians regularly use hand tools, power tools, test equipment, computers, and ERP systems such as NetSuite as part of their daily work. The standard shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and management demonstrates flexibility for school schedules, childcare needs, and other unique circumstances when communicated proactively. Dress code is manufacturing/business casual, with appropriate attire for a technical production and repair environment; safety requirements and protective equipment may apply depending on the work area and equipment being serviced.
