Slalom's Platform Engineering team is looking for Senior Consultants or Principal level talent to design, develop and implement solutions for our customers across industries. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Consultant in NY, Boston is $145,000 to $177,000. The target salary pay range for other markets on the east is $133,000-$163,000. The target base pay range for Principal level in NY/Boston is $178,000-$218,000. The target base pay range for other east coast markets is $163,000-$200,000.In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
